Ms. Vestal is a native of Coalwood, West Virginia, located deep in the coal-mining region of the Appalachian Mountains. She has made North Carolina her home for decades and is proud to serve individuals and businesses from around the world while staying true to her mountain roots by being based in the foothills of Western North Carolina.

Her Mission is Her Passion
Ms. Vestal's passion is being of service to people who often feel they do not have a voice in the legal system. As a third generation immigrant whose family helped build the country during the industrial revolution by working in the coal and steel industries, she has witnessed firsthand the unjust manner in which minorities and working class families can be mistreated by others.

Before joining the firm Ms. Vestal owned her own law office, Vestal Immigration Law, where she experienced the struggles that businesses face making sure they have a reliable and qualified workforce. Ms. Vestal knows that immigrant and foreign national workers are essential to maintain and grow the United States's place in a globalized economy.

As a working mother who put herself through law school, Ms. Vestal understands the time and commitment that is required to fight for her clients. Ms. Vestal has successfully leveraged her passion for social justice into her mission of fighting for what is right for those who need it the most and what is right for United States businesses.

Her Beliefs
A client should not question where their hard earned money is going. Ms. Vestal offers flat rate fees for general matters and a reasonable hourly rate for more complicated issues. Limited payment plans are available based on individual needs.

Ms. Vestal believes you should have access to your immigration attorney to ask questions, address concerns, and to feel you are important. Nothing gives her greater pleasure than to know you have trusted her with your case.

For that, she commits to treat you with respect and dignity, listen to you, not pass a personal judgment on your unique situation, and advise you on all of your legal options with integrity and honesty at all times.

Her Bar Membership, Associations, and Practice Areas
Ms. Vestal is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association.

She is fully registered with the Department of Justice, Executive Office of Immigration Review, and is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
